The PowerBridge team has extensive collective experience in the development, planning, structuring, financing, construction, and operation of a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects, with special emphasis on:

Electric Transmission – HVDC and conventional transmission links such as Neptune, Hudson, Cross Sound Cable, and Sandy Pond, with particular focus on undersea transmission.

Renewable Energy – Hydro, wind, solar, biomass, and geothermal, both in the United States and internationally.

Specific areas of expertise include:

Project Finance – Sourcing early and later-stage development capital; project equity and debt; optimizing capital structure to achieve desired return thresholds.

Contracts and Agreements – Negotiating offtake agreements, engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) contracts, and other contractual agreements to support project financing and successful project execution and operation.

Real Estate – Acquiring necessary real estate rights and authorizations – particularly critical for transmission line projects.

Engineering and Construction – Providing experienced oversight of consultants and contractors in a “team” environment for on-time, on-budget results.

Permitting and Regulatory Compliance – Conducting required studies and obtaining necessary authorizations to begin construction from local, state, and federal agencies; assuring compliance with permit conditions during construction and operation.

Operations – Hands-on oversight of all operations and maintenance activities in accordance with project documents and regulatory requirements.
